01 Scope
This Policy describes how we process personal data when you use Exnesta Trade AI on iOS. It aligns with Apple privacy label requirements and the GDPR where applicable.
02 Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we and our processors may process:
- Account data — email and credential material stored on-device (Keychain) and app state (UserDefaults).
- Camera & photos — with permission, for chart capture. Chart scan analysis runs on your device using Apple Vision and, when available, Apple Intelligence. We do not upload chart images to our servers or to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic).
- Subscriptions (Apple, Apphud) — entitlement status, not full card numbers.
- Push (OneSignal) — device tokens and tags if you opt in.
- On-device history — scans, Trends Finder selections until you delete the app.
- Apple diagnostics — if you share analytics/crash data in iOS settings.
- Market data requests — third-party APIs may see IP and request metadata.
03 Purposes and legal bases
- Provide app features and on-device tools (contract).
- Manage subscriptions with Apple and Apphud (contract / legitimate interests).
- Send optional push notifications (consent).
- Security, abuse prevention, legal compliance (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
04 On-device chart analysis & consent
Before the first chart scan, the App asks for your permission in an in-app disclosure that explains what is processed, who processes it, and why. You may decline; chart analysis will not run without your consent.
- What is processed: the chart photo or screenshot you capture or select.
- Who processes it: your iPhone or iPad using Apple on-device technologies (Vision; Apple Intelligence where available). Chart images are not sent to Exnesta servers or third-party AI services.
- Why: to detect charts, summarize trend direction, and generate analysis text.
- Storage: processing stays on-device; thumbnails may be saved locally in History until you delete the app.
- Withdraw consent: Profile → AI Data Usage → Decline, or delete the app.
Trends Finder uses public market quotes and on-device text generation; it does not upload your photos.
05 Third parties
- Apple — App Store, IAP, Keychain, on-device ML.
- Apphud — subscription entitlements.
- OneSignal — push delivery.
- Public market-data APIs — quotes and metadata.
06 Tracking and advertising
We do not show third-party ad-network banners. Apphud and OneSignal use technical identifiers for subscriptions and messaging. We do not use separate analytics or attribution SDKs beyond those listed.
07 Retention
On-device data remains until you delete the app. Support mail is kept as needed for security and compliance. Subscription records follow Apple and your settings.
08 International transfers
Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
09 Your rights
You may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port data, and to object to processing. Lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Datu valsts inspekcija. Contact ashleybowen330@gmail.com.
10 Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11 California residents
If CCPA applies, you may have additional access and deletion rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
12 Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes may be communicated in the App or App Store listing where required.
